  Awful service and when I actually was able to order chilli from them (they are always out) it tasted like they had added there own spices. Gross.

  Orders are always wrong, cold coffee and terrible customer service. Stay away.

  I aways buying the coffee from this timhorton some time coffee is very cold and other order is not the same but I order I order the home style biscuits today you can see it in the pic how they look like

  Stopped here this morning after I dropped my husband off to work. Ordered an extra large French Vanilla coffee, when I got a chance to start drinking it, there was nothing but a watered down taste. Nothing like the rich and creamy one you normally get. I called to let them know something must be wrong with the machine. They told me to come back for a free one. Not sure I will.
