  Great food as always .. Butt my waiter needed more training.... Very disappointed never gave us no utensils no plates no napkins and i barely seen him... Manger hooked up free desert though.. Who don't love free cake ... Would have been 5 stars butt only 2 stars today due to service

  Wanted to order from boston pizza Queensborough today, fathers day....none of their phone lines were being answered...just rang and rang...I left a message....then we tried ordering online and it was disabled...would not work....ruined our fathers day dinner plans as there is not much in queensborough to choose from....very disappointed, they should hire mire staff on busy days if they cant handle things Update: I had left my phone number and explained what happened and nobody ever tried to get in touch with me so I wont be giving them any more if my business and we went there a lot.

  We eat at Boston Pizza all over the place and in a very regular fashion. This Boston Pizza is the single WORST one I have ever seen and I am not exaggerating. I could write a book about the amount of mistaken orders, rudeness, arrogance and horrible service, but here are a few tangibles you should know. Today, we attempted to order for delivery (we live 2 minutes away in Queensborough) and the manager told me that they are "opting" to not deliver tonight because they "are busy". OK? Really? So I called a different Boston Pizza and asked them about this policy and what I heard from them was this manager was lying - that is not acceptable Boston Pizza policy. Moreover, at least 50-70% of the time, they get the order wrong, omit something, send us something we did not order or simply send food that is cold or missing the fries, the dip or whatever. It is a total gong show at this Boston Pizza and I would recommend you eat ANYWHERE ELSE or any other Boston Pizza, but not this one. It seems the entire place is run by children and very arrogant managers. The very next weekday, I plan to contact Boston Pizza corporate over the atrocious service and attitude of this particular franchisee. We are hopeful that they either force the horrible ownership of this one Boston Pizza be forced to sell, clean up their act, or fire their manager(s). You will not find a more inept and totally incapable Boston Pizza in Canada I suspect. BEWARE!

  The kids like the spaghetti noddles; not the sauce mind you just the noodles. Happy that it comes on the side for picky eaters.
