  A good selection of cake toppers. Friendly staff. Classes available. One of the few retail shops that sell Americolor food gels. Metered parking on the main road or free parking on side streets.

  Had bought a gold dust and had not realized that it says inedible on the bottle (my mistake for not reading) i went back the same day of purchase to try and return and the lady that had helped me in the beginning was very helpful trying to explain the whole thing so I left feeling ok about the product. Unfortunately I was going to use the gold dust on some pastries for my sisters birthday and she had told me she will not eat them if I put the gold dust on it so I went back today June 12 to try and return or exchange the gold dust for multiple items to equal the same amount, but was met with the RUDEST guy in the cash register EVER right from the beginning he had the nastiest look on his face upon seeing me then he continued to talk down to me like I was garbage and did not even let me explain the situation...I don't understand people like him who choose to work somewhere that require them to actually act decent towards their customer because he gave the crappiest customer service ever!!! I swear he rolled his eyes with every word he said that I thought his eyes would fall out! RUDE RUDE RUDE I don't know if he is the owner or not but he either needs an attitude check or he needs to be fired. Seriously get a job where no paying customer should ever have to deal with your rude attitude.

  I have bought great cake and cupcake supplies from Devine Deals a number of times and have been very happy. But for me what sets them apart is the customer service. I was looking for an unusual coloured sugar pearl for cupcakes I was making for a wedding. I had gone in to get other supplies and had asked the owner, who was working that day, if she could track the pearls down for me. She went above and beyond trying to track these down and even though they were just not available in the end the owner offered a very workable solution that not only got me the colour I needed but also I didn't need to buy anything from her to make this work!! Thank you for all you great work. I will be ordering from you again!
