  It's just ok. Good patio out back. Food can be hit or miss. A great place to start a walking pub crawl in town.

  Great place in New West for low-cost food and drink! We drop by here four or five times a month, usually on a M - Th weeknight for the burger (with fresh-cut fries!) and beer special. The staff is super nice and friendly, and the food is totally up to par. Never too busy here, but a totally decent atmosphere overlooking the Fraser River.

  Great place to bring some friends and have lengthy discussions while getting drunk. So I've been living in New West for two and a half years and this is hands down my favorite place to get a burger and a beer. Forget Burger Heaven, theyre pretentious, overpriced, and have gotten my order wrong more than once. Come down to the Brooklyn on a Friday night and order the bacon cheddar burger. I've been a line cook in a few pubs and a number of restaurants, and this is one masterfully created burger. In general, I love The Brooklyn for its classic dive bar feel. Really reminds me of The Buck and Ear in Steveston. It's a little worn down, not too much, so the place is comfy as hell. The inside is really roomy so you're not gonna be stuck too close to some randoms. Nice section with pool table, so you could bring a big group and play all night. The place is under construction at the moment, so it's not too pretty from the outside, but from what I hear it will have an attached liquor store when finished, so that'll be a plus. Can't forget to mention the great view from their patio.
