  The pharmacists is rude. I don't mind waiting and I understand that their are only 2 staff. What I mind is waiting in line for 15 minutes to talk to pharmacist who decides to make a phone call when she is helping me and then be told "hold on I have to finish this." That is rude and very disrespectful. I expected more. I would never make the mistake of going back to their pharmacy.

  Worse store ever. Stood inside the store waiting for 30 min for someone to help me with sports equipment but no one arrived after numerous announcements. Spoke to a fat ass manager who could not even apologise, instead kept saying I will get the keys. Staff is good but management is absolutely useless with no customer service knowledge what so ever. Wish there was 0 star option because that's what it deserve.

  This Walmart has one of the worst customer service desks possible. It literally will not admit they make any mistakes (even in the face of photo evidence). I have tried in the past to let these mistakes go as I believe you win some and you lose some as everything evens out, but when I literally find a mistake every second visit I thought that this wasn't right and I needed to correct some of these mistakes on my bill and perhaps get compensated for waiting in line. Unfortunately the Walmart at Queensborough just has a very confrontational unapologetic demeanor that I just cannot get past. Please people if you have no choice but to shop at this Walmart they need to learn about how to treat customers. Double check your bill and if you have any mistakes get them to give it to you free as this is the upc scan code policy. Perhaps they can learn through the monetary loss, that they need to fix their prices and treat customers better.
